Polymer and leather

In Tarogramma, jewellery is used as a statement of allegiance to a specific group of people. As there are no family units, each inhabitant having entered the land at various ages and often alone, these tribes serve as proxy families. An inhabitant can be a member of several tribes at once, often based on geography, personal interests and physical appearance.

This necklace was nicknamed ‘Kibbo’ after the scientist whose body it was recovered from. It is most often, but not exclusively, seen in inhabitants from the wealthier northern regions of Tarogramma.
