The Amen Break Cafe is one of the most popular meeting places in Tarogramma. The seated figure is believed to be one of the 'Moonboys', a flamboyant tribe based in the 'City Infinite X' region of Tarogramma. 
The flag of Tarogramma (TARO001) is displayed on the wall beside a painting of the Taro Root. The root is an important symbol, representing the beginning of Tarogramma and the feeding of the first inhabitants.
