This citizen is believed to be an architect or designer. The models displayed at her feet are of existing Research Stations in Tarogramma, and are represented in several other images. If she was involved in the design of these structures it can be assumed that this citizen is a successful and highly respected individual. This is given further credence due to the elaborate clothing she wears.
The portrait is by an unknown artist who was on board the Sub Rosa. He produced many such portraits, discovered only after his death.
